Statesman Schools

You are hereby welcomed to Statesman group of Schools; a city of formation and learning. The Statesman Schools was born in September, 2004. It was born out of the missionary passion to shed light into the darkness of our world. The name “Statesman” was chosen because the word encapsulates the idea of the school. A statesman is a person who through divine and personal efforts has been able to help, enlighten, emancipate, enrich and develop his people and the society at large for the benefit of humanity and for the glory of God.

School Category

Statesman Schools Abakaliki prides itself as a citadel of learning that trains children from almost when they were born to when they are ready to enter tertiary institutions. We nurture and prepare them to be able to face and conquer the world and earn themselves the position of statesmen. Take a look at the various cadre of training we offer.

College

Our secondary school is a ground for preparing students to enter and conquer the world. We endeavour to give them all the training they need so they can succeed whether they go further to the higher institutions or go into technical and vocational studies.

Primary

Our primary school is designed to prepare the children with the knowledge, skills and dispositions to optimize their own development and to constitute a caring, respectful and socially conscious citizenry that will lead our country onto the world stage.

Pre-Nursery/Nursery

Given the importance of the early years for children’s physical, social, emotional and cognitive development, our pre-nursery/nursery school runs a curriculum in child care that is geared towards planned and spontaneous educational experiences.
