Given the importance of the early years for children’s physical, social, emotional and cognitive development, our pre-nursery/nursery school runs a curriculum in child care that is geared towards planned and spontaneous educational experiences.
Time is designated for outdoor and indoor play. Large group gatherings are used for stories, music, movement and more; and for routines like eating, toileting and resting.
Play and routine care-giving activities are the fundamentals of the curriculum with age group of pupils in the Statesman’s day-care.
The Statesman’s Nursery school has structural schedules that include plenty of time for physical activity, quiet time (including daily reading sessions for groups and individuals), group programs, individual activities, meals, snacks and free time. Television and videos are also provided as part of the curriculum with utmost respect to children’s age.
The school has a well-thought-out curriculum that stimulates a child’s development and makes daily life of children lively and fun-filled.
